My girlfriend and I were on a motorcycle trip through Nicaragua in April. This was one of our favorite stops. I was pretty wired by the time we left after all the different coffee we tried.

What an unexpected and wonderful experience! I thought I just would try some exquisite coffee (which I got to do!), but instead Carli (the lovely owner) took me on a whole tasting with lots of knowledge about coffee, different tipes of coffee to try and a lot of joy. You don‘t need to go to the coffeemuseum if you go here… I really liked the coffee-tea that I got to try, so I thought ‚this is going to be expensive, but I‘m treating myself‘ - turned out it‘s totally affordable. Highly recommendable for everyone and a must go for coffee lovers. Gracias Carli!

Alex is a bloody legend. The man made us single handedly the greatest hot cacao we have had in our entire lives. Also excellent coffee. We chatted for hours and it was so great to speak to somebody else who understands things in life and has their head screwed on! Oh and his home baked sourdough bread was ridiculously tasty. His dog is also brilliant. Don't miss this place if your in the area. Alex is one of the nicest people going. Cheers!

Before leaving Matagalpa, I visited this cozy corner café. My plan was simply to grab a cup of coffee, but Carla’s warm hospitality turned it into an unforgettable experience. She passionately introduced me to her coffee selection and even let me taste some. I shared my travel coffee gear, an espresso cafe setup, and we exchanged methods of brewing coffee. 11 out of 10! Carla is running this little café all by herself with remarkable passion and resilience. I truly hope she achieves the success she deserves. Keep going, Carli!

Came here whilst waiting for the bus out of Matagalpa a month ago, great service and coffee. Very cute dog and given a total of 4 beverages for a very reasonable price. I was taken through the history of coffee and was able to try different types of coffee from different ways of extracting the flavours. When I return I’ll come straight here!

Such a fun hour with Carla learning about the coffee making process and trying the different types of coffee in Nicaragua! Sampled 3 different coffees and 1 tea, all delicious and unique! Lovely Family vibe with a cute dog! Lots of information and lots of laughs! Highly recommended!
